RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product, we are happy to give you a refund. Please keep in mind that we only accept unused, undamaged items for return, and the return must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $5 restocking fee per item. Before sending your return, please reach out to us at info@bumblebo.com.
Please note that products sold within one week of the holidays are final sale. Once we provide a tracking number, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that all sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please email us at info@bumblebo.com.
